This crispy coated cajun fillet is everything you could want from a treat meal. Packed with flavour thanks to our signature southern spice blend, it crisps up on the outside and has a wonderfully satisfying bite.

These fillets are also incredibly versatile, making them the perfect freezer friend. They work just as well chopped up on a salad or in a stir fry as they do in a burger bun stuffed between layers of sauce, avocado and pickles. We particular love using them to make an impressive (and impressively quick) katsu curry.

When we launched them in the restaurant back in 2016 they were so popular we actually had people coming back for two in a day! Whether you’re vegan or not… you need these fillets in you life. Trust us.
