This flavoursome Malaysian dish is made by slow-cooking large, ‘meaty’ chunks of jackfruit in our homemade Rendang sauce. Made with toasted coconut, coconut milk and a fresh paste of lemongrass, galangal, herbs and spices, the sauce marinates the jackfruit as it cooks, leaving every mouthful bursting with flavour.
