Here’s one for all you lie-in lovers out there. Yup, we know the feeling… you’re tired and want to lie in, but you also want a hearty cooked breakfast… where is my personal chef, dammit?!

Known in the restaurant as 'The Lumberjack’, this was one of the very first dishes we developed and still to this day reigns supreme as a chart topper on our greatest hits dish-list.

A hotpot made of giant baked beans (homemade of course, and refined sugar free), roast tomato, field mushrooms, aromatic herbs and vegan sausage, topped with roast 'breakfast potatoes' (aka mini roasties, yummm) all baked in one pot.

It’s an awesome morning boost; protein packed and designed to save your weekend. Put it in the oven, set your timer and go jump back in bed until it’s done! Serve it with toast, or add some spinach or avocado and voila!— breakfast of champions is served, gang.
