BARTENDER / MIXOLOGIST
We're expanding our operation in May and as a result have 2 new opportunities for experienced bartenders to join the team. You'll be responsible for welcoming our customers as they enter the venue, talking them through the menu and making high class cocktails at speed. You'll also keep the bar well stocked and organised, and could be working either the bar or the floor. You'll be passionate about great drinks and great service and have a positive, can-do attitude that remains under pressure!
We have a full time opportunity for a trainee chef to join our team. The successful candidate will be an experienced cook with an interest in creating high quality vegetarian and vegan food. Your experience may come in the form of professional service or skills developed at home. Either way you will be interested in this role as a career and will be ready and willing to develop with the business. You will have excellent attention to detail and hygiene standards, and the ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
We have a range of kitchen porter opportunities available, both part-time and full-time. As a member of the kitchen team you'll be partly responsible for delivering our menu of high quality, beautifully presented vegetarian and vegan food, looking after stock and upholding our 5* hygiene rating. BAR / RESTAURANT STAFF
Our front of house team are the face of The Brook. We currently have a variety of opportunities from bar staff to table waiters, ideally you will be flexible in working both areas. As a member of the team you'll have excellent customer service skills and high personal standards when it comes to the concoction and presentation of drinks. When you join you'll be trained in our service standards, as well as barista skills and making cocktails. You will be confident in serving customers and juggling a few tasks at once when things get busy... all with a smile on your face :)
