BARTENDERS / FRONT OF HOUSE STAFF
Our front of house team are the face of The Brook. We currently have opportunities for experienced bartenders/waiting staff who are willing to work both areas. You'll be responsible for welcoming our customers as they enter the venue, talking them through the menu, making sophisticated cocktails at speed and ensuring they're well looked after throughout their visit. You'll keep the bar clean, well stocked and organised. You'll be passionate about great drinks and great service and have a positive, can-do attitude that remains under pressure!
We have a full time opportunity for a trainee chef to join our team. The successful candidate will be an experienced cook with an interest in creating high quality vegetarian and vegan food. Your experience may come in the form of professional service or skills developed at home. Either way you will be interested in this role as a career and will be ready and willing to develop with the business. You will have excellent attention to detail and hygiene standards, and the ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
We have a range of kitchen porter opportunities available, both part-time and full-time. As a member of the kitchen team you'll be partly responsible for delivering our menu of high quality, beautifully presented vegetarian and vegan food, looking after stock and upholding our 5* hygiene rating.
